If for any reason you need to make a return, please refer to the following instructions so that we may facilitate your crediting process:

  1. Please either e-mail Customer Service or call us at 1.800.645.5314 option 1-1-2

  2. You will be issued a Bellco Return Authorization (RA) reference number along with instructions on how your return will be processed. The Return Authorization form will be faxed or delivered to your facility, which you will enclose with the return. Any returns caused by Bellco will be issued a call tag for return. All others will require that the sender be responsible for the return freight charges.

    • To avoid de-stickering charges, remove all stickers before returning 
      the product. 

    • To receive credit, product must be in clean, undamaged condition 
      after sticker removal.

    • All glass items must be wrapped to avoid breakage.

  3. A styrofoam refrigerator container in which the product was originally shipped. Refrigerated merchandise must be returned Monday through Thursday only!

  • If you do not have the original container, please request one from 
    Customer Service.
      

  • Please add frozen ice packs. To avoid damaging the manufacturers’
    packaging, please place the ice packs next to – but not touching – 
    the product.

  • Refrigerated products must be returned via overnight priority service. 
    Returns caused by Bellco will be returned via UPS A.R.S. 
    (Air Return Service). 
    If you do not have an A.R.S. label, please ask 
    your Customer Service Representative  to  mail labels to your attention.

  • Class II Narcotic Returns must have prior approval and the necessary 
    Federal forms issued by Bellco included in the return. Narcotics 
    must be on a separate return form.
